J&K Government employees have to Maintain the record for their work from March

All government employees in Jammu and Kashmir will now have to report their work and achievements every month. For employees of government departments and public undertakings, this system will be applicable from March. The employee details will be provided by the 7th of every month.

The administration has made an application,
their controlling officer will review this detail by the 15th and upload it on the portal. An application has been prepared for this. The order has been issued by the General Administrative Department. It said that government employees would be able to better assess their performance under this arrangement.

At the same time, senior officers will be able to improve human resource management along with fixing accountability related to the performance of subordinate personnel.

According to the order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Principal Secretary, General Administrative Department, the details of the month’s work and achievement will have to be given on the monitoring portal http://epm.jk.gov.in. All the heads of departments and other concerned officers will review the performance report of their subordinate employees by the 15th of every month.
